Shipping policy

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch within 1-5 business days of placing your order via our carrier. Please allow 2-10 business days from dispatch to receive your order. Sometimes things out of our control happen causing shipping delays. NZ Post overnight is our preferred shipping method. 

Expect delays over the Christmas and New Year period.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods due to wild weather or due to other delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Inner Bliss Beauty's reasonable control.

Delivery Cost

NZ Standard $6.50 NZD or FREE on orders $150 NZD or over.

Rural delivery rates apply, if you have a rural address and don't select rural delivery, you will be sent an invoice for the shipping difference to be paid before product is dispatched. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification including a link for tracking details. If you have any questions about your shipped order, please contact us and our Customer Service team will assist you with your enquiry. 

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to New Zealand addresses.
